These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Serenity mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner or interfering with its performance.
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without permission.
- Do not use the App to violate laws or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or usage limitations.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, billing is handled by the app store you downloaded the App from. Please review that store's terms for billing, renewal, and cancellation policies. We do not store your full payment details.
Health and Wellness Notice
Content and Intellectual Property
All content, audio, visuals, and branding in the App are owned by or licensed to Serenity. You may not use our content outside the App without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice within the App.
